Job description:

1. Technical guidance and supervision of PCBA production;

2. Prototype production, design verification and process verification uation of new products, as well as pilot production introduction of new products;

3. Design of new product test plan and preparation of test operation instructions;

4. Analysis of abnormal product performance problems, abnormal product problems reported by production/repair (FQA) and other departments, give specific reasons and repair

5. Coordinate and feed back technical problems of product R&D engineers;

6. Urge the production line to improve the operation technology:

7. Incoming inspection and uation of electronic components.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in electronics, familiar with digital and analog electronics, more than three years of PE/PIE working experience in electronics factory;

2. Familiar with PCBA production process of electronic consumer products;

3. Be familiar with SMT and function test process production line exception handling, and be able to independently analyze and give improvement measures;

4. Have experience in guiding production and training production personnel, and be able to cooperate with test stand and fixture work to make fixture;

5. Strong communication and coordination ability, strong adaptability and enterprising spirit.

6. Have a deep understanding of electronic components.
